A: There are 27 sales branches and 42 authorised sales dealers nationwide.
2. How many service branches and authorized service dealers does Naza Kia has?
A: There are 16 service branches and 67 authorized service dealers nationwide.
3. How many part stockists does Naza Kia has?
A: There are 20 active authorized parts stockists nationwide.
4. Where can I service and buy any spare parts for my NAZA or KIA vehicle?
A: Any of Naza Kia Service Branches and authorized service dealers outlets. As for genuine parts purchase you may purchase from our authorised service outlet and stockists nationwide.
5. Can unauthorized service dealers carry out schedule maintenance service during warranty period?
A: Strictly NO.
6. When will be the first service for my NAZA or KIA vehicle?
A: First 1000 Kilometer as stated in Service and Warranty Maintenance Booklet.
7. What damages are covered by the warranty?
A: Please refer our basic warranty coverage as stated in Service and Warranty Maintenance Booklet.
8. What are the elements that make warranty voids?
A: Damages due to factors beyond manufacturers control ie, misuse of the NAZA KIA vehicle, accident, modification, damages or surface corrosion and others act of God, or vehicle used as a taxi or rental unit.
9. What is the period of warranty?
A: 2 years or 50,000 km (whichever comes first) ; optional Extended Warranty Programme 3 years or 75,000 km (whichever comes first).
